License Agreement

This Agreement is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Lazy Wolf Enterprises Inc. ("Company"). By using PayGrade, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

By downloading, installing, or using PayGrade, you acknowledge that you have read and understood, and agree to be bound by, the PayGrade Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the Privacy Policy, do not download, install, or use PayGrade.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

The Company does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. You assume all responsibility for the selection, installation, and use of the Software.

PayGrade is designed as a personal productivity and informational tool only. Nothing contained within the Software constitutes financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or any other form of professional advice.

Any information, calculations, estimates, or outputs generated by the Software are provided for general informational and personal reference purposes only. You should not rely on the Software as a substitute for professional financial, legal, or tax guidance. You are strongly encouraged to consult a qualified professional before making any financial or legal decisions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SOFTWARE, WHETHER OR NOT THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

This limitation applies regardless of whether damages are alleged to result from the use or misuse of the Software, reliance on any information provided by the Software, interruptions in service, data loss, or any other cause. Your sole remedy in the event of dissatisfaction with the Software is to discontinue its use.

The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Updated versions will be made available within the Software or through the applicable distribution channel. Continued use of the Software following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction selected by the User at the time of acceptance, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The User may choose between the following governing jurisdictions:

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable under the laws of the selected jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
