Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how Lazy Wolf Enterprises Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the PayGrade application ("App" or "Software"). No personal data is ever collected, period, and it is never sold. It will only be shared when you ask for sync to be enabled.
This policy applies to all versions of PayGrade, including versions distributed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, F-Droid, and the Company-owned website git.w0lfr.net.
Collection and On-Device Data
Definition: In this policy, “collection,” “collected,” and “to collect” mean transmitting personal data off your device. Entering, storing, or processing data entirely on your device is not collection. User-requested sync is an off-device transmission to your chosen sync account; the Company does not receive or collect that synced data.
PayGrade is designed to function entirely on your device. The data you enter into the App — including any financial figures, notes, or personal records — is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to the Company. If you ask to enable sync, all App data is additionally synced to your account with your chosen Sync Provider, the service you select to synchronize your data across devices.

We do not use analytics SDKs, advertising identifiers, or any background data collection mechanisms within PayGrade.
How We Use Data
PayGrade does not collect your personal data. Your app data is stored and processed on your device, and it is never sold. The only sharing of app data occurs when you ask for sync to be enabled. If you separately contact us for support, we use the information you choose to include in that communication solely to respond to your inquiry. Support communications are separate from app data and are not retained for marketing, profiling, or any secondary purpose.
We will never use your data to build advertising profiles, sell to data brokers, conduct behavioral tracking, or share with affiliates or business partners.
Data Storage and Security
All data you enter into PayGrade is stored on your device using the storage mechanisms provided by your operating system. The security of your data is governed by your device's own security settings, including its password, passcode, or biometric protections.
If you ask to enable sync, all App data — including your financial records, settings, and preferences — is synced to your account with your chosen Sync Provider and is subject to that provider's security and encryption practices. The Company does not receive your synced app data.
Third-Party Services
PayGrade does not integrate with third-party analytics or advertising services. App data is shared with a Sync Provider only when you ask for sync to be enabled.
When sync is active, your Sync Provider's handling of your data is governed by that provider's privacy policy and terms of service. Review those documents and the provider's security settings before enabling sync. The Company does not receive your synced app data.
PayGrade is distributed for Apple devices through the Apple App Store, for Android through Google Play and F-Droid, and for Windows through the Company-owned website git.w0lfr.net. Each third-party distributor's handling of purchase records, account information, and download activity is governed by that distributor's own terms and privacy policy. The Windows download website is operated by the Company, not by a third-party app store. This policy describes the App's data practices; it does not describe the operation of the download website.
Your Rights and Choices
Because PayGrade does not collect or store your personal data on Company servers, most traditional data subject requests (such as access, correction, or deletion requests) are fulfilled directly through the App itself — by editing or deleting your own data at any time.
You may disable sync at any time within the App's settings, which will stop further synchronization with your Sync Provider. Data already stored with the Sync Provider can be managed or deleted using that provider's account settings and data controls.
To delete all locally stored PayGrade data, you may uninstall the App from your device. This action is permanent and cannot be undone by the Company.
Children's Privacy
PayGrade is intended for adults and individuals of legal working age in their jurisdiction and is not directed at children under 13. The same no-collection policy applies to every user, regardless of age: the App does not collect personal data for the Company, and data entered into the App stays on the device unless the user asks to enable sync. If sync is enabled, the chosen Sync Provider's terms, privacy policy, and age requirements apply. Parents and guardians can manage locally stored app data on the device and any synced data through the Sync Provider's account controls.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, provide notice within the App or through the applicable distribution channel. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
Continued use of PayGrade after any changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
